I am doing a DES program so the user can choose a file to encrypt then produce two files one for the encrypted text and one for the key
It's working fine
The problem is when we want to decrypt the user choose the encrypted file, and the key should be retrieve from the folder it's saved I use this by putting the whole key path

C:UsersnameDocumentsNetBeansProjectsDESCombinekey.txt
The problem is each time I need to run the program on a different machine I need to change the whole path

How to make it flexible, so we can implement from different machines without changing
