I have a challange for internship but i dont really quite understand what should i do. As i am a beginner in porgramming. Here is the challange :

Implement a basic REST CRUD API to create and retrieve blog posts using any framework /
programming language you’d like.
Authentication is not necessary. It can be a public api. You should follow the REST API
standards.

I have the gut feeling that they don't mean REST in the sense REST was defined but in the way many think REST works, which is actually Web-RPC, and therefore make the whole point of doing REST useless. Anyway, your question is missing any information on the language you want to use or what you've already attempted. As "REST" is a pretty popular thing to do nowadays there should be more than enough tutorials and starter guides out there and your preferred search engine will for sure help you to find these.
