레이양 시(한국어: 뇌양시, 중국어 간체자: 耒阳市, 정체자: 耒陽市, 병음: Lěiyáng Shì) 는 중화 인민 공화국 후난 성 헝양 시의 현급시이다. 넓이는 2649km2이고, 인구는 2007년 기준으로 1,290,000명이다. 종이의 발명자 채륜이 태어나고 자란 곳이다.
