I want to compile and build tor-0.4.3 (the latest tor) from source code to product .exe file. I have searched and found ways to solve my problem like using cygwin64. however, they are not concrete enough. And there always exit so many problem. Finally, I found some files like "tor-mingw.nsi.in", "tor.nsi.in" in tor/contrib/win32build. I thought it may have can help me. But I don't know how to use them.I sincerely hope that someone can give me some help. thanks!
