I am thinking of showing a small popup window that stays on apps, like this. The question is, can I show my popup window only when my accessibility target app com.other_company.some_app is running? That is, when com.other_company.some_app becomes foreground, I show the popup, and when the app is closed or becomes background, I hide the popup. It seems that my app is notified by onAccessbilityEvent when the app becomes foreground, but not when the app becomes background (pressing the home button).
