I'm trying to detect if a new file is attached to my record.
It works perfectly when I create a new record but not when I update an already existing record.

This is the my code in my model:

class Accreditation < ApplicationRecord

 has_many_attached(:documents)
 before_save(:update_state)

private

 def update_state
 return unless documents.size.positive? && documents.any?(&:new_record?)

 documents_uploaded
 end
end

How can I detect if a record is created with at least one document AND when the user updates his record adding a document?
