I'm creating a site in WordPress using a theme with the Visual Composer Plugin. Visual Composer is working fine on all the pages EXCEPT for the blog page.

I'm using index.php to show the blogs, and then I want to add content below the blogs using the Blog Page in the backend.

I pulled the Blog Page visual composer content, and it is showing correctly except for one thing. The shortcode is not processing the CSS on any of the vc_row shortcodes.

Code:

echo $page_for_posts_obj->post_content;

Resulting Shortcode:

[vc_row full_width="stretch_row" content_placement="middle" css=".vc_custom_1553197988544margin-top: 50px !important;padding-top: 100px !important;padding-bottom: 100px !important;background-color: #ffffff !important;"]

So then I process the shortcode:

echo apply_filters('the_content', $page_for_posts_obj->post_content);

And the CSS (.vc_custom_1553197988544) doesn't not appear on the page.

I've tried the following solutions:

Adding this before the apply_filters code above:

Vc_Manager::getInstance()->vc()->addShortcodesCustomCss($page_for_posts_id);

And this:

WPBMap::addAllMappedShortcodes();
get_post_meta( $page_for_posts_id, '_wpb_shortcodes_custom_css', true );
