I’m developing an Android application that receives data via Bluetooth and that stores it in an external InfluxDB database. Bluetooth and database connections are each one in a dedicated Service that run in background. I’m using a Java library for InfluxDB connection and WakeLocks in order to keep the CPU alive even the phone goes to a sleep mode.

The connection to my database is correctly stablished and the data storage correctly made but since the screen is locked the APP-InfluxDB data transmission is interrupted. Nevertheless the Bluetooth service keeps alive because while unlocking the app I can see all the received data during the app sleep period.

Would you have any idea of the cause of this problem?
