랴오허 유역


랴오허(遼河, 요하, 표준어: 랴오허강) 혹은 요수(遼水)는 중국 동북지역 남부에 위치해 있으며, 이 지역에서 가장 큰 강으로 중국 7대 강 중의 하나이다. 지리적 위치는 동경 117°00′～125°30′, 북위40°30′～45°10′ 사이이다. 남쪽으로는 보하이만을 통해 황해와 접해 있고, 서남은 내몽골 네이루허(内蒙内陆河) 강과 허베이 하이롼허(河北海滦河) 강 유역과 서로 인접해있다. 북쪽은 쑹화 강(松花江) 유역과 인접해있다. 랴오 강은 허베이(河北), 내몽골 자치구(内蒙古自治区), 지린(吉林)에 걸쳐있다.


랴오허는 두 개의 발원지를 가지고 있다. 동원(东源)은 둥랴오허(东辽河)라 부르는데, 지린 성 동남부 하다링(哈达岭) 서북 기슭에서 출발하여, 북쪽으로 흘러 랴오위안 시(辽源市)를 지나 얼룽 산(二龙山) 댐을 거쳐 랴오닝 성 창투현(昌图县) 푸더뎬(福德店)에서 서원(西源)과 합쳐진다. 서원은 시랴오허(西辽河)라 부른다. 랴오허 유역 총 면적은 21.9만km2, 총 길이는 1390km 이다.
