흰머리랑구르 (Trachypithecus poliocephalus)는 랑구르의 일종으로 멸종위급 종의 하나이다. 베트남 깟바 섬(T. p. poliocephalus)과 중국 광시 성(T. p. leucocephalus)에 서식한다. 학명으로 제안된 두 아종은 모두 거무스름하지만, T. p. poliocephalus의 머리와 뺨 그리고 목은 누르스름한 반면에 T. p. leucocephalus는 희다.[3]프랑수아랑구르(Trachypithecus francoisi) 군의 모든 랑구르처럼 주로 낮에 활동하는 주행성 루뚱원숭이로 석회암 숲에서 발견된다.[4]
황금머리랑구르 또는 깟바랑구르로 알려진 아종은 세계에서 가장 희귀한 영장류의 하나이며, 아마 아시아에서 가장 희귀한 영장류일 것이다.[5] 중국에 서식하는 아종 또한 크게 멸종위기에 처해 있으며, 분류학적인 위치 또한 더 혼란스럽다.[6] 이 아종은 백반증을 앓고 있는 프랑수아랑구르 (T. francoisi)[7], 별도의 종 또는 아종 T. poliocephalus leucocephalus로 간주되었다.[1] 그래서 1995년까지는 poliocephalus는 프랑수아랑구르의 아종의 하나로 간주되었다.[7]
