I have a parent form and a child form that pops up in the parent form. This child form has to be submitted first so we can continue filling the parent form. Whenever I try to submit the child component, the main component is submitted as well and I get the error.
Caused by: org.hibernate.TransientPropertyValueException: object references an unsaved transient instance - save the transient instance before flushing
The main form is validated as well and if the validation failed nothing is submitted.
When I check the database I find the child component persisted successfully.
