Webpage jumps to the middle on load.

I have read other posts and don't seem to find a relevant answer.

No form on the page.
I do have iframe but it's below this spot.
it happens on all browsers edge, firefox and chrome.
I have searched and don't see autofocus on the page.

Does anyone have an ideas?
