I have already solved the issue by going to the link result directly but I am curious how to make the automation go to the drop down and select a specific value. The dropdown is written a bit differently than what I expected, which is why I got stuck on this. On the UI, you place your mouse on it, then click on the desired action, once the options expand.

<div class="navigation">

<div class="wrapper">
<!-- Start PureCSSMenu.com MENU -->
<ul class="pureCssMenu pureCssMenum">

//Here you have multiple dropdowns like the one below

<li class="level-0 pureCssMenui"><a class="level-0 pureCssMenui"

href="#"><span>My Account</span><![if
gt IE 6]></a><![endif]><!--[if lte IE 6]><table><tr><td><![endif]-->
<ul class="pureCssMenum">
<li class="pureCssMenui"><a class="pureCssMenui" href="/Account/UserInfo.aspx">My Info</a></li>
<li class="pureCssMenui"><a class="pureCssMenui" href="/Account/ChangePassword.aspx">Change Password</a></li>
<li class="pureCssMenui"><a class="pureCssMenui" target="_blank" href="https://SOMELINK">Wiki</a></li>
<li class="pureCssMenui"><a class="pureCssMenui" href="/Account/WorkLogReport.aspx">View My Worklog</a></li>
<li class="pureCssMenui"><a class="pureCssMenui" href="/Account/TicketActivity.aspx">View My Ticket Activity</a></li>
<li class="pureCssMenui"><a class="pureCssMenui" href="/Account/ServerUpdatedRequests.aspx">Server Update Requests</a></li>

</ul>
<!--[if lte IE 6]></td></tr></table></a><![endif]-->
</li>

Selenium should select from all DropDowns the My Account one, then select View My ticket Activity.
