I had an Android App with an embedded HTTP server with some static html/js files in the assets folder. And front-end for the website is living in another git repository.
So, right now, for building the app, I need first build Vue.js project, copy generated files to assets folder and then build app via Gradle.
Front-end attached to the project as a submodule, and if on CI that a just another step for the build process, but local it's painful every time manage this process manually. And ever on CI build with node.js takes about 1 minute and increase overall build time.
Can I somehow organize build process in Gradle via private maven repository and get front-end files like regular dependency? In fact, I just need to download a concrete version of an artifact (zip-file?) and unpack files to assets folder. And it's must be triggered before Gradle starts building apk.
