I want to know how i can call the environment variable in python inside curl command using subprocess, Popen library. changeme is the string variable name which i want to call inside curl command mentioned below :

changeme = 'Password123'

newv=Popen(['curl', '-i', '-u', 'testuser:'"%s" % keyvalue, '-H', '"content-type:application/json"', '-XPUT', '-d', '"value":"src-uri":"amqp://testuser:changeme@testuser.com/testuser","src-queue":"devops-testing-error","dest-uri":"amqp://testuser:changeme@testuser.com/testuser","dest-queue":"devops-testing-error-archive"', 'https://testuser.com/api/parameters/shovel/testuser/my-shovel'],stdout=PIPE, stderr=PIPE)

i already tried calling the variable using ---> "%s" % keyvalue but not working

changeme variable should be called within the curl command as string
