Everything Worked fine but after inserting 4 products into database it is not inserting anymore..!

If i delete one out of 4 product, it insert the data Again but after inserting it, it not taking anymore data...!

No alert prompt as "Product has been inserted" and no data in mysqli.

only one row is displaying not more than 1...!!

I tried removing Limit, changing the LIMIT no. but no luck

I expected 2 rows but it is only displaying one.
