In Active Directory, I've got one distribution group (foo) which is a member of another distribution group (bar). I'd like to make it so that one particular user from the "foo" group doesn't receive emails from "bar." Is there a way to make an exemption in AD or in the Exchange server to make this happen without removing "foo" and manually adding the remaining users from "foo" to "bar?"
