When touching an embedded video frame, DOM click events stop firing on iOS. If I hold my finger down then let go, then click event works. Why does this happen and how can I fix it? This happens for both Chrome and Safari for iOS. Works fine on Android.

In this simple example the increment button stops working after touching the video frame. The video does not have to play, just needs to be touched.
