Using a connection to an SQLite database and where there has previously been a connection to an MSSQL Server database, whether closed and disposed or not, comparisons between GUID properties fail on the SQLite connection. If a non-SQLite connection has not been opened at any point, the same comparisons work as expected.

We are using linq to entities to check if a record in one SQLite table exists in another database, which may or may not be an SQLite database or MSSQL Server database.

If we use the equivalent of... Select records where X == Y AND also where X != Y (X and Y are both GUID properties), we would expect one to fail and one to succeed when we know there are records present. The comparisons both fail. Other non-GUID comparisons succeed. And, if no non-SQLite connection has been made, the GUID comparisons work.
