But when I select a file and add it to the queue, if I want to select another file it removes the old file from the queue and adds the other one, this is a problem since I'm uploading multiple files at the same time.

but when I check for the data var I cant seem to get any information when I echo it out.

I think you should rollback your edit. One thing many potential answerers will ask for is a code sample for what you've already tried.
