Is it possible to only show the text part of the inserted data from the database?

  • It seems you're using PHP. So before you put the content you, retrieved from the database, into CKEditor, assuming it is HTML, you could use strip_tags(), see: php.net/manual/en/function.strip-tags.php This will remove all HTML, like image tags, from your data and result in only text.
