I know that tf.constant can freeze the weights and tf.contrib.framework.get_variables_to_restore() can freeze the weight in the same layer as well.
But my question is that if I only want to freeze some weights in matrix A[10][10] ,like A[1,1],A[3,5],A[7,9],are there any easy way for me to freeze them? Or I have to create several small matrix and combine them ?
