Sometimes when I build and debug my C# .NET app, I can step into a function within my C++ DLL. But sometimes when I try to step in, it immediately returns without executing. I see in debug that .DLL is there.

After trying cleaning and deleting obj and debug directories, etc., it will be and then step in.

I get the same problem on other Windows 10 laptops.

Project > Properties > Debug > native code debugging is always checkmarked.
