Ronda Jean Rousey (born February 1, 1987) is an American mixed martial artist.
Career |
She used to be the UFC Female Bantamweight Champion until November 2015 when she got defeated by American Holly Holm. It was her first ever loss. In December 2016 she tried to win the championship back but she got defeated by TOTAL KNOCKOUT (TKO) just 48 seconds into the first round, this time by Brazilian Amanda Nunes.
Personal life |
She is expected to also act in movies beginning in summer 2014. She will act in the movies of Expendables 3[1] and Fast & Furious 7.
She was born in the city of Riverside, California.
She has endorsed Bernie Sanders' presidential campaign for the 2016 United States presidential election.[2]
