I am trying to use the MediaCapture plugin to capture a video, a very basic app so far, I have outputted to console in several places to capture what is happening and I am having a very consistent problem with capturing the first video.

When I capture my first video on Android, it will not hit onfulfilled or or onrejected once I have approved the recording and I'm back in the app, but the video will be saved in the gallery.

When I click the button to take the next video, it triggers onrejected immediately for the previous video I'm assuming, with an error code of 3 (CAPTURE_NO_MEDIA_FILES), but it did capture a video. I can then take videos and trigger onfulfilled all day long. It's just the first recording that doesn't work.

I have tried it on my own Android phone and two emulators, but both give me the same result.
