I am trying to deploy .ear and .jar files into web sphere using was plugin in xldeploy, with below CI types.
- jee.Ear or was.Ear
- jee.War or was.War
- jee.EjbJar or was.EjbJar
.ear file is getting deployed correctly but, .jar file is failing to deploy.
Error: something like failed to install .jar
Please let me know how to deploy these both artifacts into web sphere using xldeploy.

Let's start with: stackoverflow.com/help/how-to-ask As your question does not mention which version of XL Deploy you're using, and it doesn't mention which version of WebSphere you're using, it is very difficult to provide an answer. However, the xl docs do have an introduction on websphere deployments. I suggest sharing the log outputs from XL Deploy and Websphere.
