How can we convert an encoded i420 frame to rgba format using renderscript in android.The plain java implementation seems to be slower in most of the android devices.There are some standard methods for yuv420 to rgba for NV21 (camera stream ) image formats; but it doesn't work with i420 (webrtc stream) frames.
