I would like to create a universal NGINX .conf that I can include in all my staging sites that redirect users, who aren't coming from a whitelisted IP address, to the equivalent production site.

For example:

A user visits stg.test.com, but they are not coming from 123.123.123.123, so I'd like to redirect that user to test.com, but base the redirect on the $host by stripping away the stg. part.

server
listen 80;

allow 123.123.123.123;
deny all;
error_page 403 $scheme://test.com;

root /var/www/html;

index index.php;

server_name stg.test.com;

location ~ .php$
include snippets/fastcgi-php.conf;
fastcgi_intercept_errors on;
fastcgi_pass unix:/run/php/php7.3-fpm.sock;
fastcgi_buffers 16 16k;
fastcgi_buffer_size 32k;

How might I go about accomplishing that or achieving something similar?
