I'm throwing together my first web app with bootstrap and running into some html issues with this line..

<webopt:bundlereference runat="server" path="~/Content/css" />

The issue being that it seems to be throwing off certain aspects of my design. I'm using a standard navbar template and when the tag is in the masterpage, the navbar css doesnt come through properly. However, when the tag is in place, it does allow some other html (on another page) to sit correctly? (this is just a standard row with 3 columns)

I am assuming that its something to do with the content/css it is referencing however I am new to this and unsure as to why/what its purpose is and/or if it is needed.

Hope this is clear!

  • The webopt would represent a namespace reference and the bundlereference a class of the specific component or code generator. You must have the former configured in your code.
