I followed the instructions in this document exactly:

I'm using the most recent version of WP. I've read some other questions here where people suggest to manually add the api.js file in the head, but the plugin is already doing that and I can see it is loaded in the page. I tried adding it in the head instead (it's added towards the end of the body) but that did not make a difference either.
