I'm trying to make a request to a website search form ( http://repertoire.bmi.com/ListView.aspx) by using the request lib to look for some artists/works names/titles in this database. Each time a make a request a receive the error page as a response (http://repertoire.bmi.com/Error.aspx)
Anyone could have a clue of what i'm missing here? Thank you!
import requests
datasearch = 'searchControl%ddlTypeOfSearch': 'title',
'searchControl%txtSearchFor': 'the greatest',
'searchControl%btnSubmit': 'Search',
'searchControl%incWriters': 'on',
'searchControl%incWriters': 'on',
'searchControl%incAltTitles': 'on'
r = requests.post("http://repertoire.bmi.com/ListView.aspx", data = datasearch)
print(r.status_code, r.reason)
print(r.text)
