I need to dispatch an event from d3 to the Reach that handles it.
I have handleClick method

function handleClick(d) 
 d3.select(this)
 .attr("stroke", "blue")
 .attr("stroke-width", "2")
 .dispatch("select");

that add stroke attribute to the selected rect element and suppose to dispatch 'select' event.
In the componentDidMount, I added

const dispatch = d3.dispatch('select', 'unselect');
dispatch.on('select', this.handleSelectEvent)

but its not working.
