에드윈 매티슨 맥밀런(영어: Edwin Mattison McMillan, 1907년 9월 18일 ~ 1991년 9월 7일)은 미국의 화학자, 물리학자이다. 1951년에 트랜스우라늄 원소의 발견·연구한 공로로 글렌 시보그와 함께 노벨 화학상을 수상했다.
