I am trying to deploy a Python app to the Python 3.7 standard environment for Google App Engine. The deployment fails and the log file reads:
Step #1 - "builder": Error response from daemon: manifest for gcr.io/gae-runtimes/python37_app_builder:python37_20190319_3_7_2_RC00 not found.
I firstly tried a totally different project and downloaded the example hello_world project for Python 3.7 on AppEngine and it gives the same issue. I then created a totally new project. I have updated GCloud components. The project is extremely simple.
''' Downloaded example project from here.
git clone git clone https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/python-docs-samples
'''
''' After setting up the project and billing I execute
gcloud app deploy
'''
One would expect the above to deploy a new application ,however, when executing gcloud app deploy I get the above pull error during the build process.
