태양질량(M☉, Solar mass)은 천문학에서 항성이나 은하의 질량을 표시할 때 기본이 되는 단위이다. 태양질량은 태양 1개의 질량과 동일하며, 지구 332,950개의 질량과 동일하다. 태양의 질량을 수치로 표시하면 다음과 같다.

1년의 길이, 태양에서 지구까지의 거리(1AU), 중력상수(G)를 알면 다음 공식에 의거하여 태양질량을 구할 수 있다.
