I am designing an actor model based solution, and I would like to draw/represent the interactions between actors.
Something like an activity diagram or interaction diagram where I can also represent the different state changes and corresponding allowed messages.
Is there a standard way or tool in the community for doing this ?
akka akka-actor actor-model

Have you looked at UML Sequence diagrams? I've used them to describe actor interactions, and they work well.

OK. Can you also model state changes ? if you have FSM actors for examples
