I have hot observable of integers that emitting items for 5 secs, than stops for 3 and than again stats emitting...



What i need is when items start emitting wait for 1 sec, take last item emitted, that wait for last 4 secs and 3 secs of pause and than again wait for 1 sec, take last item emitted and forever...
