I wish to achieve Different SLA's based on different Time zone SLA's.
For Ex: SLA for North America will use Business hours from EST time zone.
Europe will use Business hours from GMT+1 and so on.
But I believe there can be only 1 default SLA which will fire for a record.
I found another way to achieve business case with Entitlement but it has limitation with associating (Lookup) for Each Account and this is not scale-able solution.
Any Ideas how to achieve the business Case?

I believe I got one Idea, There is an Lookup Field "SLA" which is Tied to Default SLA. When creating a Case (for ex) depending on Account Country I can set different SLA (SLA for North America or SLA for Europe) and then my different SLA's will fire.
